Shipping policy

Processing times may be delayed. Processing times are generally within 10 - 20 business days.*

Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions. These processing times occur before an order is shipped.

We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.

We cannot guarantee any changes after an order is placed.

*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. These processing times are an estimate.

Domestic packages that are shipped via USPS arrive in 10 - 20 business days depending on where your package starts and where it's going.Customs forms and or import fees may apply. 

 

Fulfilled (orders with tracking information) or shipped orders are ineligible for cancelation and refunds.

 

Address Changes: Once an order is placed, if you need a change of address, please let us know and we will do our best to catch it in time. We cannot guarantee changes. Once the order is fulfilled, the address cannot be changed, and YU3GEMZ is not responsible for new shipping costs as well as replacing orders to new addresses.

 

If an order with an incorrect address was fulfilled, is in transit, or is delivered, we are only able to reship the product. YU3GEMZ will however not be responsible for these new shipping fees. Refunds will not be accepted.

 

In the unlikely event that your YU3GEMZ package is lost within mail system, meaning it was never scanned into the shipment system, we will replace it waiving shipping costs or issue a product refund.

 

If your package was marked as delivered to the correct address entered at checkout and you are unable to locate it, we are able to reship your product. If your package was returned to sender, we are able to offer a product refund or reship. In the case of a refund, shipping costs will not be refunded. In the case of a reship, YU3GEMZ will not be responsible for previous or new shipping costs.

Asking for forgives for any inconvenience

The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, custom, weather, and so on, which is really hard to control. This is what we are working on all the time to make it better and improved.
